A new way to invest.

Revolving thematic indices that rebuild themselves nightly from live market data. Plus on-chain group funds & user-built indices, for when you would rather back a person.

Two products, one settlement layer.

Create a fund and manage capital, or publish an index and let the rules do it. Both settle on Solana and both redeem in SOL.

Funds

A shared vault traded by the person who created it.

  1. 01Anyone can create a fund and trade its vault, but can never withdraw your money.
  2. 02Depositors send SOL and receive shares priced at the vault's current value.
  3. 03As the manager trades, the value of every share moves with the vault.
  4. 04Redeem any time and get your share of the vault back in SOL.

Deposit SOL, receive vault shares. The manager trades. Redeem for your share of the vault.

Indices

A public basket of tokens that rebalances on a set schedule.

  1. 01Anyone can publish an index by choosing the tokens and their weights.
  2. 02Deposits are held in SOL until the next scheduled rebalance.
  3. 03At each rebalance, that SOL is split into the basket at the chosen weights.
  4. 04Redeem any time and the basket sells your portion back into SOL.

Deposit SOL, held until rebalance. The basket is bought. Redeem for your share of the basket.

A fund versus an index.

Both take SOL deposits from anybody and both redeem back to SOL. The difference is who moves the money and when.

Who can deposit

FundAnybody with SOL. No allowlist, no invitation.

IndexAnybody with SOL. No allowlist, no invitation.

Who decides

FundA manager trades the vault at their own discretion.

IndexNobody trades. The weights you published decide everything.

What you own

FundShares of one vault whose value moves with the manager's trades.

IndexShares of a fixed basket of tokens held at set weights.

What happens to your SOL

FundIt joins the vault and can be traded immediately.

IndexIt waits in SOL until the next scheduled rebalance, then buys the basket.

How it changes over time

FundPositions change whenever the manager acts.

IndexHoldings only change on the rebalance schedule, or when the weights are revised.

How you exit

FundRedeem for your share of whatever the vault holds, paid in SOL.

IndexRedeem and the basket sells your portion back into SOL.

Best when

FundYou trust a specific person's judgement.

IndexYou want exposure to a theme without anyone making calls.

Three kinds of vault.

Anyone can launch a fund or an index. Unique indices are different: they are published by CROW and their members are chosen by a rule reading on-chain data, so no one picks the names.

Open

Funds

Created by anyone

A vault with a manager. Deposit SOL, receive shares, redeem back to SOL at any time.

Open

Indices

Created by anyone

A basket of tokens at fixed weights with a rebalance cadence you choose when you publish it.

Curated

Unique indices

Published by CROW

Rule-driven baskets whose members are selected by live on-chain data, not by a person.

How a unique index works

A user index holds a fixed set of tokens at fixed weights. A unique index holds whatever currently satisfies CROW's parameters — so its members change on their own, without a manager and without a vote.

01

CROW writes the rule, not the list

A unique index is defined by parameters — a market to read, a metric to rank by, how many names to hold and how they are weighted. Nobody chooses the tokens.

02

Infrastructure reads the market

On every cadence, CROW's indexer pulls live on-chain data — traded volume, liquidity, supply — and ranks every eligible Solana token against the rule.

03

The basket substitutes itself

Tokens that no longer meet the parameters are sold out and the new qualifiers are bought in. Membership changes constantly; the rule never does.

T10VTop 10 SOL Volume

The ten most traded tokens on Solana by 24h volume.

Reads · Traded volume

The broadest read on where money is moving. Blue chips included, so it hedges itself.

T10MVTop 10 SOL Meme Volume

The same ranking with blue chips and equities carved out.

Reads · Traded volume

Higher variance by construction — what is left when the safe names are removed.

T10ATop 10 SOL Accumulation

The ten tokens more wallets bought than sold, among those traded by 1,000+ wallets.

Reads · Net buyers ÷ traders

Breadth, not size. A thousand wallets each buying a little outranks one buying a lot.

Every move, in the open.

Deposits, manager trades and index rebalances resolve on-chain, step by step. Depositors see the same sequence the manager sees.

06Recorded on-chain

How your money is held.

Custody, pricing and exit rules are the same for every vault on CROW.

Settlement

Deposits settle on Solana

Every deposit, trade and redemption is recorded on-chain for anyone to check.

Custody

Managers never hold your keys

Capital sits in the vault program. The manager gets trading rights, not withdrawal rights.

Accounting

Your shares track your slice

Deposits are priced at the vault's current value, so your shares always reflect your slice.

Redemption

Exit back to SOL at any time

One signature. The cash comes back immediately and the rest is converted for you, without another approval.

Approvals

Nothing gets rights over your wallet

Redeeming grants no spending authority over any account you own. Your tokens are moved by the program, to you.

Fees, stated plainly.

A 5% deposit fee and 1% of AUM weekly to whoever runs the vault, plus 1% of AUM weekly to the platform. Nothing else — no performance fee, no exit fee, no lockup. The platform never takes a cut of the deposit fee.

Fund

Managed by a person

5% deposit fee

Manager

Taken from incoming SOL. 95% of your deposit mints shares at NAV.

1% of AUM, weekly

Manager

A manager who loses value earns less — the incentive is performance.

1% of AUM, weekly

Platform

The same platform rate on every vault on CROW.

Worked example
deposit 10.0000 SOL
deposit fee 5%   0.5000 SOL -> manager
minting 9.5000 SOL at NAV

weekly on AUM 1% manager
                 1% platform

Index

Run by a rule, no manager

5% deposit fee

Creator

Taken from incoming SOL and paid to whoever published the index. 95% mints shares at NAV.

1% of AUM, weekly

Creator

Paid to whoever published the index for maintaining it.

1% of AUM, weekly

Platform

The same platform rate on every vault on CROW.

Worked example
deposit 10.0000 SOL
deposit fee 5%   0.5000 SOL -> creator
minting 9.5000 SOL at NAV

weekly on AUM 1% creator
                 1% platform

AUM is the total value the vault holds. NAV is the value of one share — AUM divided by shares outstanding. Both are shown on every vault page.

Launch a vault in four steps.

Creating a fund or an index takes one form. Nothing is deployed until you confirm the summary.

01

Name it and give it a face

Pick a name, a ticker and a short description. Upload an image so your vault is recognisable in the directory.

02

Choose fund or index

A fund needs no starting allocation — you trade it. An index needs tokens, weights that total 100%, and a rebalance cadence.

03

Link your X (optional)

Link an X account to earn the verified check on your vault. Depositors can see exactly who is behind it.

04

Review and deploy

Everything is validated as you type, then summarised for confirmation before the vault goes live and starts taking SOL.

Know who you are backing.

You are handing SOL to a strategy and, in the case of a fund, to a person. CROW makes both legible before you deposit.

Verification

A check you can trace

Vaults with a linked X account carry the verified check across Explore, the feed, portfolios and their own page. Tap it and you land on the account itself.

Feed

Every action, in the open

A global feed records deposits, redemptions, manager trades and rebalances across the whole platform, not just your own vaults.

Custody

Trading rights, not withdrawal rights

Capital sits in the vault program. A manager can move it between tokens and can never move it out to themselves.

The words on every screen.

AUM

Assets under management — the total value a vault holds, priced in SOL.

NAV

Net asset value per share — AUM divided by shares outstanding.

Shares

Your claim on a vault. Minted on deposit, burned on redemption.

Rebalance

The scheduled moment an index buys or sells to return to its weights.

Pending SOL

Index deposits still held as SOL, waiting for the next rebalance.

Cadence

How often an index rebalances — daily, weekly or monthly.

Back a manager, or back a basket.

Funds are run by a manager who trades the vault. Indices follow the weights and rebalance cadence you set. Either way, anyone can deposit and redeem back to SOL at any time.
